Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in an applicable Order-to-Cash domain including Revenue Operations, Product Management, Sales and/or System experience with deployments and administration of Order to Cash applications within an agile based methodology
  • Background in Product Management, RevOps/SalesOps, Deal Desk and/or Business Systems teams
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash applications including Salesforce, Netsuite and usage based subscription management tools
  • Effective problem solver with the ability to develop technical design requirements based on business prioritization, impact to the roadmap and necessary compromises
  • EST/ CST working hours preferred
Responsibilities
  • Acting as the technical “product owner” for the internal Order-to-Cash (O2C) applications
  • Dive deep into the technical and business requirements for O2C in order to development requirements, design, simplify, build and execute on improvements to our process, procedures and applications
  • Act as the bridge between Business Systems and internal stakeholders including Finance, Sales, Operations, BI and Engineering
  • Use Jira and Confluence to facilitate Roadmapping, Sprint planning, stakeholder management, requirements gathering etc.
  • Use data to continuously improve on our internal procedures, frameworks, and metrics
