Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of different ad-serving processes and the programmatic landscape (3+ years)
  • Excellent communication skills with 3+ years of experience with both technical and business audiences
  • Highly analytical Master of MS-Excel and proficient at SQL
  • Working knowledge of HTML/JS/Dev tools
  • Experience with presentations and effectively telling clients actionable stories
  • Impeccable organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in a Startup/dynamic environment
Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter on verification: analytics, detection and mitigation of issues caused by fraud and other types of low traffic quality
  • Communicate with clients and prospects daily, helping them efficiently and effectively answer their technical and operational needs
  • Conduct meetings with clients to review performance, provide insights, and help them extract maximum value from the platform
  • Apply data analytics skills to help clients optimize their strategic and tactical decision making
  • Manage time and other resources strategically, self-prioritize to achieve company goals
  • Assist (hands-on) with producing verification integration-scripts, wrapping tags, using and assigning macros
  • Promote a client-empowering culture by giving clients the tools and training to understand verification data
  • Work closely with customers as their primary point of contact for feedback and issue resolution
  • Advocate for customers' issues that require assistance from PM Engineering and R&D
