About the job
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to successfully register as an agent with the state's cannabis commission.
- Must adhere to all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
- Monitor and maintain the overall needs of plants.
- Prune plants and remove unwanted material.
- Assist with topping and cloning.
- Inspect plants for pests and other threats.
- Monitor and maintain plants' water and nutrient needs in all areas.
- Calibrate meters and monitor and adjust pH balance and electro-conductivity levels.
- Log conditions, maintain cleanliness of grow areas, and adjust reservoir water as scheduled.
- Learn and understand all applicable local and state laws.
- Education or experience in commercial plant production is preferred.
