Monitor and connect with participants during class by guiding form, technique, modifications, breathing cues, and body awareness.
Assist participants with correcting form, providing alternative movements when needed, and staying motivated to attain their personal goals.
Clean and organize the group fitness space before and after each class.
Maintain records of classes taught or covered, including attendance numbers.
Secure substitute instructors as needed to cover regularly scheduled or agreed-upon classes.
Represent the Farmhouse professionally by greeting residents as they enter and leave class and encouraging new residents to join.
Maintain all current and correct certifications.
