About the Role:
\nAs the Head of Enterprise Sales for Gusto Pro, you will spearhead the growth strategy for our largest accounting firm partners. You will lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers, Account Executives, and Partner Success Managers, empowering them to drive revenue and expand GustoPro's footprint. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in fostering strong partner relationships and achieving ambitious sales targets within the enterprise segment.

\nOur compensation range for this role is $220,000 to $280,000 OTE (with a 60/40 split between base salary and target commission) in Denver and most other remote locations, and $250,000 to $315,000 OTE in San Francisco and New York City. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
\nNote: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
\nWhen approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required.
