Requirements
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • At least six months of experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting is required.
  • An NDIS workers screening check clearance ID is required.
  • Experience with care management systems and digital documentation is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Support residents with mobility and physical assistance.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Monitor and document residents’ progress, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care while fostering a positive and inclusive environment within the facility.
