Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:

·         Develop polarion customizations such as workflow automations, trigger scripts, custom live reports development, macros development etc.

·         Good understanding of ALM tool form Siemens Polarion as an End user, Super User and customizations development.

·         Basic understanding of OSLC APIs & OSLC based integrations.

·         Applying SDK/APIs understanding to develop integrations.

·         Evaluate, update, and optimize existing ALM workflows.

·         Design and implement tailored reports and dashboards to visualize project data and metrics within Polarion.

·         Ability to integrate Polarion with other systems using REST APIs, web services, and OSLC standards.

·         Executing projects with End-to-End software development lifecycle using Agile, defect tracking, testing, requirements management.

·         Extensive hands-on experience on Core Java, Java Scripting, REAT APIs based integrations development.

·         Good understanding of SDLC processes and all ALM phases.

·         Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation and macros, and potentially VBA programming.

·         Familiarity with SQL database or related querying database.

·         Should have exposure in configuration management activities such as creating baseline, labeling, version controlling, releasing and change control (PR/ECR) using ALM/PLM tools.

·         Cross functional Interaction with all the teams for successful completion of the Problem Reporting, Change Control and Release workflows.

·         Exposure the DO-178 & DO-254 Configuration Management objectives/activities.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

·         Minimum 5years of relevant experience in Java development and related technologies.
