- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Applicants must successfully complete required background and credit checks and periodic drug screenings in accordance with applicable law and company policy.
- Direct and supervise the Finance team, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
- Own the month-end and year-end close processes, including managing the close calendar, reviewing journal entries, and approving account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts in Business Central, and lead system improvements and process automation.
- Approve and oversee company credit card reconciliation and expense-management processes.
- Assist the Executive team with annual budgeting and forecasting, and analyze variances against the budget and prior-year results.
- Design, document, and enforce internal controls and accounting policies.
- Coordinate external audits or reviews, bank reporting, tax preparation, and applicable sales, use, and property tax filings.
- Oversee vendor and customer setup and compliance forms, including customer and vendor portal management.
- Oversee accounts payable and inventory accounting, including physical counts and inventory valuation.
- CPA designation is strongly preferred.
- Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable enterprise resource planning system is preferred.
