CoreWeave AI cloud platform powers MasterClass's AI teaching agents.

CoreWeave AI cloud platform powers MasterClass's AI teaching agents. MasterClass is using W&B Weave to trace, monitor, and improve the AI agents that deliver personalized instruction to learners. Aug 14, 2026 Prev Next 1 of 43,486 CoreWeave, Inc., The Essential Cloud for AI(TM), announced that MasterClass, the online personalized learning platform, selected CoreWeave Cloud to evaluate and improve the AI teaching agents that power its personalized instruction. MasterClass will use W&B Weave to evaluate how its AI teaching agents perform across conversations with learners, track their behavior, and use those insights to improve agents over time. AI teaching agents are only as successful as how well they handle an entire conversation with a learner, not just a single question. Evaluating that behavior in production, and improving it continuously, requires both the compute to run agents at scale and the observability to see how they perform with real learners. As AI-native learning tools move from pilots into core product experiences, the ability to trace, monitor, and refine agent behavior in production is becoming as important as the infrastructure running it. "W&B Weave gives us visibility into complete learner conversations, not just individual prompts, so we can see exactly where our AI teaching agents are succeeding and where they need to improve," said Mandar Bapaye, chief product officer and chief technology officer at MasterClass. "That level of insight, combined with the performance we've seen from CoreWeave Cloud, gives us the confidence to scale." MasterClass's use of CoreWeave and W&B Weave spans evaluation and monitoring, allowing MasterClass to build a dedicated AI loop: * Full-conversation tracing: W&B Weave captures complete learner interactions with AI teaching agents, giving MasterClass visibility into how agents perform across an entire conversation. * Production monitoring and custom signals: MasterClass applies custom signals and monitors to live learner interactions to identify where teaching quality and personalization can improve. * Unified system of record: W&B Weave gives MasterClass a single point of visibility across its evolving AI agent pipeline, from experimentation to production. "CoreWeave gives MasterClass a single system of record and the observability their AI teaching agents need to continuously improve," said Jon Jones, chief revenue officer at CoreWeave. "MasterClass is building on a platform designed to support that full lifecycle, from the compute that runs its agents to the visibility into how well they're teaching and learning." MasterClass is extending this evaluation approach beyond its own engineering team. MasterClass Executive, the first business school experience for the AI era, built with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and with collaboration from OpenAI, selects a cohort of roughly 700 members each year from a pool of about 30,000 applicants. The includes a hands-on AI lab that gives participants a practical framework for evaluating whether an AI system is ready for production, covering quality, cost, latency tradeoffs, and risk areas such as hallucinations, bias, and inadequate guardrails, using Weights & Biases evaluation and tracing tools. CoreWeave consistently delivers industry-leading performance, demonstrated by record-breaking MLPerf benchmark results, its position as the only AI cloud to earn the top Platinum ranking in both SemiAnalysis ClusterMAX(TM) 1.0 and 2.0, and its #1 ranking for inference speed and price-performance for Moonshot AI's Kimi K2.6 in independent inference benchmarking conducted by Artificial Analysis.

Harvard professor teaches conversation skills on MasterClass with free 'Not the Weather' app

MasterClass has launched The Conversation Advantage, a new class taught by Harvard Business School professor Dr Alison Wood Brooks. The course teaches members how to navigate difficult conversations and handle high-pressure moments with confidence. Brooks, a behavioural scientist and author of TALK: The Science of Conversation and the Art of Being Ourselves, draws on decades of research to provide practical conversation tools. She emphasises that conversation is a learnable skill rather than an innate talent. To complement the class, MasterClass has created the Not the Weather App, a web-based tool that provides research-backed conversation tips tailored to different times and contexts. The app is available free at learn.masterclass.com/nottheweatherapp. The class is available exclusively to MasterClass subscribers, who have unlimited access to over 200 instructors with an annual membership.

The 'One-Person Unicorn' era is here - MasterClass debuts a new class to help members work smarter.

The 'One-Person Unicorn' era is here - MasterClass debuts a new class to help members work smarter. PR Newswire Today at 6:03am PDT Learn how to automate tasks, build AI agents and connect everyday tools for faster, more efficient work SAN FRANCISCO, April 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - MasterClass, the personalized learning platform unlocking human potential with the world's best, today announced the launch of Revolutionize Your Workflows With AI. Taught by Stanford economist Erik Brynjolfsson, AI educator Cat Goetze and technologist Parth Patil, the class shows how AI can be integrated into everyday workflows to increase output, streamline decision-making and unlock new ways of working. The class is available now exclusively on MasterClass, where subscribers have unlimited access to 200+ instructors with an annual membership. In this class, members learn how to redesign the way they work by turning AI into an integrated system rather than a set of stand-alone tools. Through real-world demos, instructors show how to connect AI across everyday platforms: email, calendar, and project management tools to centralize information, surface priorities and reduce time spent navigating fragmented workflows. Members see how AI can pull together information from meetings, documents and communications to create structured outputs like weekly plans and trackable task systems. The class also highlights where human judgment matters most, and how members can employ AI to take on routine coordination and analysis so that they can focus on decision-making, strategy and creative problem-solving. Lessons include: * Be a One-Person Unicorn: Offload repetitive work to AI and focus on higher-value thinking. Instructors demonstrate "vibe coding," where an idea is described in plain English and AI builds a functioning app, like a tool that recommends work-friendly cafés based on Wi-Fi strength, outlets and hours, complete with deployable features in minutes. * Become a Superuser: Integrate AI directly into daily workflows instead of using it in isolation. In one lesson, AI connects to tools like Notion, Google Drive, and calendar systems to generate a weekly task list from meetings, emails and documents, automatically organizing priorities into a structured, trackable system. * Amplify Your Mind: Use AI to support better decision-making by analyzing large datasets and modeling outcomes. In one example, AI evaluates a business expansion scenario by pulling together customer data, financials and market research to outline both upside and risk, helping guide more informed strategic decisions. * Put AI Agents to Work: Build AI agents that run in the background to handle ongoing tasks. In one demo, an agent monitors an inbox, categorizes emails by urgency, tags actions like "needs reply" or "can archive" and turns dozens of messages into a short list of priorities, freeing up time for more strategic work. "AI is not about replacing people, it's about amplifying what they're capable of doing," said Brynjolfsson. "In this class, members learn how to redesign their workflows so they can delegate routine tasks to machines, focus on higher-level thinking and ultimately become far more productive and creative in their work." Revolutionize Your Workflows With AI joins The New Rules of Wealth; AI and Medicine: Your Secret to Better Health; Achieve More With AI; and AI Strategy at Work, expanding MasterClass's growing slate of AI-focused offerings. About MasterClass: MasterClass is the personalized learning platform that unlocks human potential with the world's best instructors.
