About the job
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is required; an MSc is valued.
- Fluent Spanish and English are required.
- Client orientation is required.

- Willingness to travel abroad for testing and commercial visits is required.
- Instrument test vehicles.
- Conduct complete-vehicle testing and analysis.
- Manage and report project-related activities.
- Work on projects involving emission measurements, fuel consumption, and energy management.
- Participate in European projects related to brake and tyre particle emissions, life-cycle assessment, real-driving emissions, and energy consumption.
- Configure test and data-logging equipment; supervise and validate tests; analyze data and prepare reports.
- Define test protocols and identify potential improvements.
- Define project master plans and break them down into subtasks and milestones.
- Control and check test equipment in accordance with internal and external quality standards.
- Define test equipment requirements to ensure suitability for tests.
- Communicate daily with involved technicians to plan and monitor tasks.
- Improve quality and automate data post-processing.
- Manage projects.
- Prepare customer quotations.
- Prepare proposals for European projects.
- Present commercial and project material to customers.
- Experience with worldwide powertrain standards related to energy and emissions, including EU Euro 7, EPA, CARB, Japan, and China.
- Experience in automotive mechanics.
- Experience operating measuring instruments and fitting external instrumentation to vehicles or engines.
- Experience with INCA and Diadem.
- Experience in project management and customer service.
