  • A completed licenciatura in economic-administrative areas or Agronomic Engineering is required.
  • Two to three years of experience in the financial sector, specifically corporate banking or credit, is required.
  • Technical knowledge of the agricultural sector is required, including crop cycles, planting density, technology packages, and specialized banking programs such as FIRA, FEGA, and Fonaga.
  • Strong financial analysis and client documentation skills are required.
  • Negotiation skills, assertive communication, and empathy with the client profile are required.
  • Basic Excel proficiency sufficient for the role is required.
  • Availability to work the required schedule is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage, prospect, and onboard business clients, producers, and corporate groups in the agricultural sector.
  • Place short-term loans for operating needs and long-term loans for fixed assets such as machinery or warehouses.
  • Promote a full range of additional financial products and services, including point-of-sale terminals, insurance, U.S. dollar checking accounts, and payroll services.
  • Prepare preliminary credit studies and analyze financial statements provided by clients.
  • Conduct field visits and continuously monitor the quality of the client portfolio.
  • Coordinate and provide mutual support with the team to cover the geographic area, including Guadalajara, Ciudad Guzmán, Sayula, and Manzanillo.
