What believers are saying

  • In September 2026, Talus launched Elavo from a 1945 South Florida laundry legacy.
  • In August 2026, Talus launched Headwater Cleaning in Minneapolis–St. Paul.
  • Riverview closed B&B Landscaping in July 2026, its 27th acquisition since 2022.

What critics are saying

  • Labor-heavy services expose Talus to wage inflation, turnover, and service failures.
  • Riverview's 27 acquisitions since 2022 create integration breaks and management overload.
  • A failed platform launch would damage Talus's permanent-capital pitch and future deal flow.

What makes Talus Holdings unique

  • Permanent capital backs operator-led platforms across fragmented service markets.
  • Talus pairs early-career executives with functional specialists and hands-on operating support.
  • Its roll-up model targets local-brand businesses, not standardized venture software.
