About the job
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Applicants must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.

- Assist with apartment make-readies and trash collection.
- Clean the leasing office.
- Polish and sanitize gathering and public spaces, including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activity rooms, dining rooms, and elevators, to present the community positively to residents and guests.
- Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
