Junior Construction Site Technician

- Bachelor's degree or industrial engineering degree in construction.
- Excellent knowledge of French.
- Organized, rigorous with figures and methods, versatile between construction sites and offices, and flexible.
- Participate in various construction projects.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager and/or the Works Manager.
- Participate in the general organization of the construction site and assist at client meetings.
- Support the implementation of execution method choices.
- Report weekly on work progress.
- Manage the various schedules.
- Find subcontractors and monitor the technical quality of their services.
- Monitor subcontractor productivity.
- Assist in managing subcontractor progress statements.
- Manage technical documents daily, including plans and technical data sheets.
- Prepare construction site quantity measurements.
- Check that work complies with Cobelba and client requirements and specifications for quality and safety.
