Responsibilities
  • Perform key activities associated with onboarding, offboarding, and other employee events
  • Assist in executing personnel procedures and policies
  • Assist in administering benefits, leave, performance management and compliance activities
  • Help maintain accurate records in HR systems
  • Compliance reporting
  • Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization
  • Create meaningful, memorable experiences for our employees
  • Help provide real-time assistance to employees and managers
