Requirements
  • Experience in Software Development Lifecycle, Application Development and Design, .NET, Python, C#, Mainframe technologies, Database analysis
  • Knowledge/Abilities: Startup mindset—proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Practical, hands-on understanding of AI concepts and their real-world application
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Demonstrated creativity and a bias toward innovation
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a logical, results-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Emerging leadership capabilities through academic, project, or extracurricular experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and general IT infrastructure fundamentals
  • Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with junior status
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
  • Demonstrates acceptance of responsibility; shows pride in work performed; demonstrates flexibility in acceptance of assignments and schedules; maintains professional behavior and appearance; exhibits dependability
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 above preferred; candidates from highly ranked universities or those demonstrating a strong academic trajectory will be considered on overall merit
Responsibilities
  • Assist with IT projects, initiatives, and support during the ten-week summer internship
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting; Interaction with end-users
  • Document current processes, analyze processes for opportunities to improve and determine to be process
  • Apply skills in requirements definition, data analysis and modeling, application design and development, testing and implementation planning in a variety of technologies
  • Responsible for integrating application, system requirements, and design standards into a tested software that meets what the business requested
  • Giving a presentation about your work assignment and projects, as well as what you learned from the internship program
  • Attend a volunteer activity with other interns within the company
Desired Qualifications
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 above preferred; candidates from highly ranked universities or those demonstrating a strong academic trajectory will be considered on overall merit
  • Experience with SDLC, Application Development and Design, .NET, Python, C#, Mainframe Technologies, Database Analysis (if not already listed under requirements)
