Responsibilities
  • Delivers and introduces food to guests at the correct tables in a timely manner
  • Offer every guest a friendly and sincere welcome
  • Embody the Tacombi Service Culture and ensure the Tacombi Experience is carried out throughout all interactions with guests
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professional appearance, and demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies, Tacombi Brand values, and the menu items and their presentation
  • Prepare station by setting up and stocking appropriately to ensure overall readiness before service
  • Always adhere to Tacombi safety policies, service rules, department of health guidelines, and Tacombi Mexican Hospitality points
  • Clear plates and provide assistance to bussers by never returning to your station empty-handed
  • Keep Chef informed of any special dietary needs and special requests
  • Observant to Guest needs throughout the dining experience to ensure they receive high-quality service
