Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years, minimum 2+ years in a lead/mentoring role.
- Strong JavaScript (ECMAScript 6+) and TypeScript.
- Proficiency with Angular, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Frontend experience with Angular component architecture, HTML5, CSS3, state management and responsive design.
- Backend experience with Node.js, NestJS, Express.js, RESTful APIs design and development, and third-party API integrations, JWT/OAuth.
- Databases: MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and aggregation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Cloud (Azure).
- Tools such as Git, testing frameworks, and agile methodologies.
- Code optimization skills to improve speed and scalability.
- Soft skills including excellent communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, leadership, stakeholder collaboration, the ability to guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in using AI tools like GitHub Copilot.
