Requirements
  • 2-4 years of proven Brand Success or Customer Success experience within Saas, preferably in digital media/marketing space
  • Experience presenting to clients across a variety of levels
  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor for clients and a passion for supporting client needs and solving real-world challenges with urgency and creativity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization, project management and time management skills, and ability to take initiative
  • Experience troubleshooting issues for clients
  • Ability to communicate semi-technical and technical concepts to clients
  • Experience with data and utilizing data to successfully communicate results and recommendations
  • Experience using Hubspot or comparable CRM system
  • A growth mindset and openness to feedback
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-to-end Brand Success for brands on the LTK Connect platform (including Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Affiliate Network and Escalations/ Retention)
  • Develop strong knowledge of the product and best practices to share with customers
  • Utilize tools and capabilities to guide brands in completing campaigns successfully
  • Responsible for re-selling brands on the value of the LTK platform to increase brand campaign spend
  • Present data-driven performance recaps and reviews to brands
  • Own account portfolio, monitor brand performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Achieve and exceed OKRs focused on brand performance
  • Provide exceptional customer experience to ensure high brand satisfaction
  • Solve problems creatively for brands
  • Collaborate with sales team to educate and transition brands onto the LTK platform
