  • 2+ years of account, project, or implementation management experience
  • Experience with email service providers or email marketing company
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Responsibilities
  • Day to day point person and Project Manager for launching new clients
  • Possess an understanding of client's business, program goals and objectives
  • Build a strong rapport with new clients immediately
  • Perform platform training and evangelizing for best practices
  • Lead and collaborate on custom, technical solutions for clients
  • Build excitement about client success with the service
  • Configure and thoroughly QA campaigns ahead of launches
  • Partner closely with Sales and Implementation Architects throughout the Implementation period
