About the job
- At least 8 years of expertise in functional architecture or business analysis on large-scale programs.
- Proficiency in target operating models, requirements management, and complex processes.
- Experience working in international, multisite, and multientity contexts.
- Fluent or bilingual English is mandatory.
- An advisory posture and assertive leadership are required.
- Define the target architecture by designing functional models, closing gaps with the existing state, and aligning deliverables with strategic priorities.
- Bring stakeholders together and manage convergence by facilitating decision-making workshops, resolving cross-country divergences, and securing cross-functional governance.
- Structure the functional design by producing mappings, process flows, and specifications, then framing epics and features with the product team.
- Guide delivery, act as the program's functional reference, provide consulting, and promote architecture best practices.
- Knowledge of the B2B energy sector, particularly pricing and contracts, is strongly appreciated.
