Responsibilities
  • Develop and promote a culture of safe working practices
  • Facilitate coaching and mentoring opportunities for local operational teams
  • Visit multiple facilities to provide EHS training
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures
  • Conduct audits and inspections for compliance
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
  • Support in maintaining high standards of Health and Safety at Work
  • Assist in data collation for EHS metrics program
  • Assist in internal and external reporting requirements
  • Resolve recommendations from investigations
  • Establish objectives and targets for EHS management system
  • Advise and help managers and employees meet EHS obligations
  • Achieve annual personal goals
  • Carry out additional tasks as required
  • Assist in career development by transferring to equivalent posts
