Requirements

  • A Master's degree and relevant experience.
  • Experience designing business-perspective process maps using Visio, Nintex, or another solution, with an affinity for discussing IT and data elements.
  • Ability to communicate and explain process interactions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to meet pre-agreed deadlines and deliver quality work, with analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and respect for others to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver operational excellence services across enabling functions.
  • Build comprehensive process knowledge through stakeholder engagement and document the organization's business processes in collaboration with process owners.
  • Identify and drive improvements by challenging existing practices and using operational excellence methods such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Deliver end-to-end process improvements with IT, AI, and data experts to standardize, automate, and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to organization-wide projects requiring process redesign and optimization.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of documented processes to standardize and harmonize business-process documentation.
  • Steward and drive adoption of the end-to-end framework, procedures, tools, and best practices.
  • Develop capabilities, including risks and controls, to enhance the end-to-end framework.
  • Maintain the process-mapping tool and train and advise process owners and project teams on the framework.

Desired Qualifications

  • Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Professional experience in functional processes such as Finance, IT, HR, or Risk Management.
  • Knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
