Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, business development, or product marketing within cybersecurity or enterprise software-as-a-service, primarily focused on United States federal markets.
  • Practical understanding of federal cybersecurity mandates and certification frameworks, including Zero Trust directives, FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, and CMMC, with deep knowledge of contract vehicles such as NASA SEWP and GSA MAS and federal procurement cycles.
  • Hands-on experience using artificial-intelligence-powered analytics, automated data workflows, and modern intelligence tools to synthesize complex business metrics into actionable insights.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and comfort with business and technical discussions with senior audiences.
  • A track record of delivering go-to-market outcomes and independently driving multifaceted efforts involving numerous internal and external stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in developing executive-ready slides and leading analysis and data-driven insight-generation efforts.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter in fast-paced, innovative, high-growth environments with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with Federal sales and engineering leadership to align field execution with go-to-market priorities.
  • Analyze internal sales dashboards and performance reports to translate business data into actionable sales strategies and revenue-growth insights.
  • Own priority content and sales plays for the federal market from narrative through adoption, translating platform and emerging-technology capabilities into mission-relevant, data-driven positioning.
  • Maintain alignment across sales operations, field marketing, channels, product marketing, and product teams with federal sales priorities.
  • Formulate executive-level business cases and strategic presentations to secure funding for critical federal certifications, including FedRAMP and DoD Impact Levels.
  • Participate in account strategy reviews, pipeline forecasts, sales kickoff, and strategic customer engagements.
  • Partner with Federal business development and capture teams to attach company solutions to major government program opportunities.
  • Coordinate across Contracting, federal distributors, and systems integrators to optimize contract-vehicle access and execute co-sell strategies.

The firm noted that much of the recent growth stems from two acquisitions: the $25 billion purchase of CyberArk in February and the roughly $3.4 billion deal for Chronosphere. The company posted a GAAP net loss of $282 million for the quarter, driven by fair-value changes on convertible notes and integration costs.
