Registered Dental Hygienist

MB2 Dental partners with independent dentists by investing in their practices and providing capital, resources, and industry connections to help grow the business while the dentists retain ownership and control. It operates as a dental partnership organization rather than an acquirer, delivering financial backing and operational support in exchange for a partnership stake. Dentists run day-to-day care and management, while MB2 handles back-office functions, growth initiatives, and strategic support. What sets MB2 apart is its focus on partnerships and ownership retention, offering growth capital without forcing sale of the practice. Revenue comes from partnership agreements and shared profits from the practices. The company’s goal is to help independent dental practices scale and improve performance by providing capital, know-how, and network access while preserving dentist autonomy.
