  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the financial sector, preferably in Consumer Finance or retail banking.
  • Solid knowledge of consumer financial products and services.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and present clear conclusions.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the Mexican financial market is desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in market analysis and identify opportunities for new Consumer Finance products or improvements to existing products.
  • Collaborate on designing and implementing pricing and promotional strategies for Consumer Finance products.
  • Monitor and analyze Consumer Finance portfolio performance, identify trends, and propose corrective actions.
  • Support preparation of reports and presentations on Consumer Finance results and projections.
  • Stay current on financial market regulations and industry best practices in Consumer Finance.
  • Collaborate with internal Risk, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure initiatives are properly executed.
  • Participate in evaluating and optimizing operational processes related to Consumer Finance products.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Mexican financial market.
