Requirements
  • Prior experience collaborating with Developer/Declarant communities and understanding their unique challenges and requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize experience managing Developer/Declarant communities to navigate their specific challenges and requirements.
  • Foster positive relationships with developers, declarants, residents, the homeowner association board, vendors, contractors, and other relevant parties.
  • Oversee the overall management of homeowner association communities, including residential units, common areas, amenities, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct regular monthly inspections of assigned properties to ensure compliance with established standards and identify maintenance or compliance issues.
  • Document inspection findings, communicate observations to stakeholders, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Develop and manage homeowner association budgets in collaboration with the homeowner association board.
  • Collect and process homeowner association dues and fees and provide regular financial reports to the homeowner association board and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents' inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Address resident needs and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Keep residents informed about community news, events, and updates.
  • Enforce community rules, covenants, and bylaws and work with the homeowner association board to develop and update community policies.
  • Organize and attend regular homeowner association board meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes.
  • Communicate with the homeowner association board, residents, and vendors regarding property-related matters and community updates.
  • Establish and maintain vendor and contractor relationships to obtain quality services and competitive quotes.
  • Review and approve vendor contracts and service agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records, including financial documents, resident communication, and property-related data.
  • Organize documents, contracts, and records so they remain accessible.
