  • Research and resolve vendor discrepancies related to invoices or payments using various systems.
  • Draft and send clear, concise, and professional communication on behalf of the accounts payable team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all vendor interactions.
  • Provide first-line support to internal departments regarding invoice processing, payment inquiries, and general accounts payable procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to address any barriers to successful invoice processing or payment.
  • Work with vendors to secure refunds or reimbursements as needed.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to improve efficiency.
