Responsibilities
  • Find the very best stories of businesses using Stripe and write them up for the rest of the world to see
  • Tell those stories internally (in our regular fora) and externally (with the media and on social platforms)
  • Build relationships with hundreds of founders and business leaders across our user base, in over 50 countries
  • Write short and long form business and industry trends stories and publish them across various channels (social media, the Stripe blog, Substack, etc)
  • Develop and maintain a network of communications leaders with Stripe’s largest and most iconic customers, to infuse their voices into campaigns, news announcements, and other activities
  • Work in close partnership with the rest of our communications team, our global executive team, our industry experts, our go-to-market teams, and our marketing team
