Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in B2B demand generation, with emphasis on email marketing/ audience segmentation
  • Experience with building out multi-channel programs including email, social, digital and web
  • A passion for creativity, testing, and optimization
  • Proven work experience in growing, engaging with, and analyzing the performance of a large email marketing database
  • A love for data and reporting
  • Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities with hands-on experience (Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense experience are a big plus)
  • Thorough understanding of audience segmentation and the buyers lifecycle
  • Extraordinary organizational program management and communication skills
  • Experience working in the SaaS industry is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Own the development and performance of email marketing strategies designed to engage key targets for Pendo’s ICP, partnering with sales, product marketing, marketing operations, integrated, and digital marketing
  • Own and refine the audience segmentation strategy, monitor and analyze email campaign performance, making adjustments to improve open rates, click thru rate, and conversions
  • Inform the strategy behind personalization, creative, and content for growth-focused email campaigns across the lifecycle to increase engagement and drive pipeline for the business
  • Analyze product and account data to create segment-specific and customized email campaigns, bearing the holistic customer journey experience in mind
  • Drive and accelerate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for Pendo’s portfolio, including Pendo Free, by optimizing funnel performance using email marketing
  • Continuously look for innovative ways to improve the experience we bring to our prospects & customers and optimize our engagements using product data, customer and account team feedback
  • Design and execute A/B testing, manage email calendar, implement industry best practices, send times, persona research, and new features to drive performance lift
