Its process blends traditional baking with automation and data-driven manufacturing to produce naan, flatbreads, pizza crusts, muffins, croissants, and artisan breads in multiple facilities, with innovation campuses guiding sustainable manufacturing. It differentiates itself by combining advanced manufacturing tech with a broad private-label and branded bakery portfolio, expanding its reach through the 2021 Weston Foods bakery acquisition.
