- Perform rental check-ins and check-outs, explain vehicle features, support customers during their rental experience, and handle service recovery or emergencies professionally and empathetically.
- Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles and prepare campervans with kits, bedding, essentials, and optional extras.
- Inspect returned vehicles for cleanliness, missing items, damage, or operational issues, and report findings for follow-up.
- Support motorhome demonstrations by presenting vehicle features, systems, and specifications and facilitating smooth handovers.
- Identify sales opportunities, support lead follow-up when relevant, and assist the RV Sales team with customer information and documentation.
- Manage cleaning products, kits, consumables, and equipment; report shortages or damage; and help keep the depot organized for daily operations.
- Explain basic vehicle systems such as lighting, gas, water, and other motorhome functions, resolve simple issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Experience with customer relationship management tools, rental systems, or digital sales software.
- Fluency in the local language, such as Spanish, where applicable.
- Previous experience in campervan, motorhome, automotive, tourism, or mobility environments.

This phase, amounting to €27.5 million, was led by Indico Capital Partners with significant participation from Banco Português de Fomento. The investment will accelerate digital platform development and talent acquisition. Founded in 2013, Indie Campers aims to be the leading global road trip platform.
