• Responsible for developing strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends that support digital strategy.
• Create, gather and assess market requirements through competitive intelligence and emerging trends, stakeholder and consumer feedback.
• Impact the business in roles including;  Engineering- Undergrad, and Data Analytics- Graduate. 
• Willingness and capacity to learn quickly and apply new knowledge.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship program (May 19th- August 8th).
• Enrolled in an approved academic program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or a related field of study.
• Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
• For the Veteran internship, candidates do not need to be students as military experience and training can be substituted for educational experience.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner.
• Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills

Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy.
