The Knot Worldwide operates a global wedding planning marketplace that connects engaged couples with local wedding vendors. It runs a two-sided platform where couples access free planning tools, personalized wedding websites, gift registries, and invitations, while vendors pay for listings, advertising, and subscriptions to gain exposure; revenue also comes from wedding product sales and registry commissions. The company differentiates itself with a broad portfolio of brands—WeddingWire, Bodas.net, Hitched, Matrimonio.com, The Bash, and more—and by acquiring companies to expand its market reach. Its goal is to help couples plan and realize their wedding by matching them with suitable vendors and planning tools, while growing revenue from marketplace listings and related services.

Making an impact Together: reflection on Global Donate. Each year, employees across the globe step away from their desks, roll up their sleeves, and give their time to the causes that matter most to them. Global Donate holds a special place in my heart. It was the very first event I planned when I joined the company four years ago. Watching it evolve and grow over the years has been an incredible source of pride. Seeing its employees come together with such passion and purpose to give back to their communities continues to remind me why I love the work The Knot Worldwide Inc. do at TKWW. This year, I had the privilege of volunteering in Washington, D.C., alongside teammates and local organizations making a real impact. Together, The Knot Worldwide Inc. partnered with the Ronald McDonald House to assemble breakfast and laundry care kits - small but meaningful efforts to support families during their hospital stays. It was inspiring to see its core values - Be All In, Commit to Its Users, Raise the Bar, and Celebrate Impact - come to life in such a tangible way. Each act of service was a powerful reminder that when The Knot Worldwide Inc. give back together, The Knot Worldwide Inc. not only strengthen its communities but also deepen its connection as a team. Global Donate Day isn't just a program; it's a reflection of its values in action. It's proof that its impact goes beyond the platforms The Knot Worldwide Inc. build; it lives in every connection The Knot Worldwide Inc. make and every moment The Knot Worldwide Inc. choose to give back. I'm incredibly proud of the thousands of volunteer hours its teams contributed this year across 12 countries and of the many local organizations that welcomed The Knot Worldwide Inc. with open arms. From partners like Ronald McDonald House, Foundation for Hospital Art, Red Paw Rescue, and Fundación Adecco, every act of service adds another thread to the fabric of who The Knot Worldwide Inc. is at TKWW. As I reflect on another year of Global Donate, I'm filled with gratitude - for the teams who make this event possible year after year, and for every employee who gives their time and heart.
