Responsibilities
  • Provides support to the Account Management teams
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
  • Develops and executes a distributor sales plan and strategy
  • Facilitates and leads internal resources to complete company distributor initiatives
  • Manages distribution pipeline and forecast revenue contribution
  • Meets pre-determined sales objectives based on quota attainment
  • Demonstrates best practices within distribution account
  • Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision
  • Recognized subject matter expert of applicable work area
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes
  • Ability to foster sales engagement and cadence between organizations
  • Knowledge of distribution BI and vendor initiatives
  • Understanding of best practice and rollout of distribution incentive programs
  • Knowledge of ConnectWise Suite Portfolio functionality
  • Ability to provide the value proposition of distribution to a direct sales organization
  • Ability to develop executive level relationships within assigned account
  • Ability to deliver net new account acquisition via distribution
  • Preferred: understanding of Security, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Professional Services Automation (PSA), Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Backup and Disaster Recover (BDR), Remote Control, IT Infrastructure, Documentation, Managed Services
