  • Proven Sales & Partnership Experience: Strong background in sales or partnership development, demonstrating a track record of achieving ambitious targets in a performance-driven environment.
  • Performance Marketing Ecosystem Knowledge: Solid understanding of the performance marketing landscape, including key players (eg. affiliate networks) and market trends.
  • Exceptional Communication: Clear, persuasive, and engaging verbal and written communication skills for effective prospecting, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze partnership performance data, identify growth opportunities, and adapt strategies to maximize outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business Growth: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure high-value strategic partners, focusing on key accounts and major brands to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners and networks, educating them on our platform and optimizing campaigns for mutual success.
  • Negotiate & Optimize Deals: Lead commercial negotiations for fixed fees and performance-based commissions, ensuring favorable terms that benefit both our partners and our business.
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Take ownership of launching new brand initiatives (e.g., FreeCash in the USA) and converting existing partners into broader, more engaged collaborations.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams, including our non-gaming division, to align partnership strategies with broader business goals and product launches.
