Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • One year of experience in the computing field and/or Help Desk is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze, review, monitor, and report on the performance of existing and future data systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral technical issues, and perform preventative maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
  • Monitor work queues and assignments to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Work with project managers and other managers to complete projects.
  • Ensure that Technical Services schedules are published on time and meet requirements.
  • Assist with asset control and tracking duties, including processing surplus PC storage devices in accordance with HIPAA and established procedures.
  • Participate in the systems security program by managing endpoint security and user security, and contribute to and lead systems security initiatives for endpoint systems and end users.
  • Use information recorded in the Help Desk ticketing system to manage and process assigned tickets, update and close tasks after service requests, and create new tickets as needed or directed.
  • Maintain, update, and create Help Desk and Technical Services group policies under the direction of the Chief Information Officer.
Desired Qualifications
  • A+ certification is preferred.
  • One year of experience in the computing field and/or Help Desk is preferred.
