Compensation Overview

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be the end-to-end owner of a new venture, taking the product from 0 to 1 and beyond.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partner with the executive team to develop and implement a strategy and business plan for a new marketplace venture
• Partner closely with product managers, data scientists, marketers, designers, engineers, and sales leaders to achieve rapid innovation, solution differentiation, and market success
• Be responsible for the end-to-end P&L performance of a new, flagship product
• Cultivate a high-performing multidisciplinary team, setting clear expectations, providing continual guidance and feedback, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, trust, accountability, and growth
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform and influence the product strategy and direction

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience spanning strategy, go-to-market, product, and/or general management roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in the healthcare, consumer products, or technology industries
• 5+ years of leadership experience building and empowering high-performing teams
• Experience building and launching a product from zero to one
• Strong commercial acumen, informing all priorities and decisions with a keen understanding of market needs and business goals
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to inform both product and commercial decisions
• Strong command over a P&L
• Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• The executive presence and aptitude to accurately represent the new venture to internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated commitment to cultivating an environment of safety, trust, and inclusion and building diverse, thriving teams
• A self starter who thrives when given autonomy and is relentlessly resourceful in pursuit of goals
• Consulting experience in a premier firm a plus but not required

The target salary range for this position is $240,000 - $320,250, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
