Requirements
  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years focused on AI systems.
  • Deep expertise in large language model implementation and optimization.
  • A strong track record of building production AI systems at scale.
  • Experience with modern artificial intelligence frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and drive core artificial intelligence and large language model infrastructure and features from conception to production.
  • Design and implement artificial intelligence systems that handle complex legal reasoning and document analysis.
  • Lead the evaluation and integration of large language model capabilities and artificial intelligence tools.
  • Establish best practices for artificial intelligence development and reliability.
  • Build frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of artificial intelligence features.
  • Guide and mentor the growing team of artificial intelligence engineers.
  • Shape technical strategy and roadmap alongside senior leadership.
  • Design and run rigorous legal-grade evaluations to improve model choices, prompts, and retrieval for accuracy and explainability.
  • Improve precision, recall, and latency by advancing retrieval-augmented generation, structured reasoning, and tool-use pipelines.
  • Translate domain insights into artificial intelligence-powered product features.
