Requirements
- 15 years minimum of supply chain development experience in sourcing and procurement with materials management, indirect, and indirect procurement
- A strong engineering background in product development
- 5 years minimum managing teams of managers, senior managers, and individual contributors
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related areas
- Ability to travel to supplier locations
- Advanced analytical/negotiation skills
- Ability to toggle between strategic and detail oriented thinking
- Tenacious problem solving and issue resolution skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence across multiple functional teams
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing environments

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high functioning team responsible for Wing Sourcing and Procurement
- Engage and own the commercial relationship with manufacturing and service providers
- Responsible for cost negotiations, continuity of supply/service, and risk management
- Drive operational and cost efficiencies through process or design change
- Thrive in a rapidly changing environment and constantly drive excellence across their own responsibilities and that of team members and partners
- Leverage strategic internal relationships to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Make smart decisions with the information available, think and stay focused under pressure
- Scale new and existing manufacturing partners and execute creative and strategic commercial deals to achieve goals around total cost, supply, quality
- Identify new technology solutions and services to enable the next generation road map for software & flight automation (including software, data, professional services)
