Requirements

  • One to two years of relevant professional experience is preferred; candidates with strong internship experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute the firm's daily cash report to provide visibility into liquidity and upcoming funding needs.
  • Reconcile daily cash activity against custodian records and communicate directly with the custodian to resolve discrepancies.
  • Initiate time-sensitive, high-value wire transfers.
  • Prepare monthly shareholder account statements and serve as a primary point of contact for shareholder inquiries.
  • Maintain strong working relationships across all pool participants.
  • Contribute to pricing and valuation efforts across the portfolio and support accurate and timely internal and external reporting.
  • Analyze legal agreements to identify key manager terms and translate findings into meaningful insights.
  • Support the annual audit process, including workpaper preparation and auditor coordination.
  • Assist UVIMCO's tax and compliance function by processing documents and consulting with external preparers.
  • Contribute to the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems as part of the team's technology initiatives.
