- Collaborate with data engineers and developers to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Translate business questions into data-driven insights and visualizations.
- Support key performance indicator definition, metric tracking, and executive reporting.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Partner with developers to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
- Support testing efforts, including user acceptance testing planning and execution.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data or system issues.
- Experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and extract, transform, and load processes.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with data modeling and data governance practices.
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional, PMI Professional in Business Analysis, or relevant business intelligence certifications.
