Responsibilities
  • Maintain Executive calendars and make recommendations with regard to time management, prioritization, and business needs
  • Ensure the Executive is prepared for upcoming meetings, presentations, and projects by proactively gathering the materials necessary
  • Contribute to team meetings and off-sites by assisting and sometimes leading the planning, taking notes, and moving relevant action items forward
  • Find new and efficient ways to maximize your Executives' time, including weekly reporting, goal-tracking, and team meetings
  • Own your Executive’s team operating calendar and coordinate, and sometimes own, recurring events such as All Hands or quarterly goal setting processes
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on projects, company milestones, and internal events
  • Act as a liaison for assigned Executives, relaying and exchanging information with others, including Board members, investors, senior leaders, customers and clients, and other organizations or constituents
  • Book appropriate domestic and international travel, handling travel policies, taking into account visas, costs, and proper documentation
  • Coordinate various projects that support the greater organization, leveraging AI to streamline projects, automate routine tasks, and enhance cross-functional collaboration while maintaining data security and confidentiality
