Responsibilities
  • Own the go-to-market technology stack end-to-end, including customer relationship management, marketing automation, enrichment, and reporting tools.
  • Build and maintain pipeline reporting, forecasting, and the metrics leadership uses to make decisions.
  • Design and run lead routing, lead scoring, and attribution, and assist growth.
  • Establish clean data hygiene, definitions, and processes across the funnel.
  • Own territory planning end-to-end, including segment design, account assignment, coverage models, and quota and capacity planning.
  • Build automations and integrations that connect the go-to-market stack and remove manual work using application programming interfaces, webhooks, and modern tooling including artificial intelligence agents.
  • Build, deploy, and manage artificial intelligence systems and agents across the go-to-market motion, owning them in production through monitoring, evaluation, and improvement.
  • Develop and operationalize workflows for outbound activity, enrichment, and personalization at scale.
  • Engineer, instrument, and continuously improve the go-to-market motion as a system.
  • Prototype and ship internal tools that give sales and marketing additional leverage.
  • Partner with sales to surface the right accounts, signals, and insights at the right time.
  • Support marketing operations including campaign tracking, segmentation, and program measurement.
  • Build the operational backbone for new go-to-market programs as they launch.
  • Surface insights from across the funnel to inform strategy and investment decisions.

If you run Databricks, you already keep a lot of important context in Unity Catalog. Tags that mark sensitive data, descriptions that explain what an asset is for, and the lineage that ties notebooks, jobs, and tables together. That context is valuable, but it lives in Databricks. The rest of your data picture lives somewhere else. This integration closes that gap. Matia now brings Unity Catalog metadata directly into the Matia Catalog, so your Databricks tags, descriptions, and lineage show up alongside everything else Matia already tracks, in one place. And because that metadata becomes part of Matia's graph, it isn't just visible. It's queryable by an agent, wherever your team works. Your Databricks context now lives in the Matia Catalog. The integration brings tags and descriptions from Unity Catalog into the Matia Catalog.
