Requirements
- Technical education, preferably in engineering, computer science, telecommunications, mathematics, physics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Initial academic or professional experience in data analysis, programming, or developing analytical solutions.
- Knowledge of Python and SQL.
- A high level of English is required.
- Analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a data and business environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, document, and process data, participating in the development of Python and PySpark solutions according to the technical guidelines of the team and systems department.
- Support the Data Science team in developing analyses and solutions, contributing to continuous improvement and learning within the area.
- Participate in developing and maintaining predictive demand models, supporting their validation and integration into corporate systems.
- Create and update user interfaces and dashboards using tools such as Python, Streamlit, and Looker to facilitate decision-making.
- Monitor, simulate, and document the impact of models, and track the key performance indicators defined with the business area.
- Help ensure data quality and consistency throughout the analytical lifecycle by following the team's defined good practices.
- Participate in data projects and initiatives, supporting analysis and execution of tasks prioritized by more senior staff.
- Collaborate with other departments, especially business and systems, to understand needs and support implementation of data solutions.
- Follow the methodologies, tools, and processes established by the team for the proper development of projects.
- Prepare analyses, progress updates, and documentation of results to share with the team and support decision-making.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Streamlit.
- Experience or interest in logistics, supply chain, or retail environments.
