Logistics Specialist 

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join and work with our New England Logistics team!

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

This position reports to the Manager, New England Transportation & Logistics. This role is onsite and is based in Somerville, MA. The pay for this position is $25/hr. with overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the New England Transportation and Logistics manager on projects related to advancing team and organizational goals and initiatives forward.
• Assist the New England Logistics team with data tracking and analytics. 
• Drive efficient utilization of resources through gaining in-depth understanding of internal operations and client needs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with internal employees while working through and solving problems.
• Provide general support to the New England Logistics team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Basic Requirements:

• Recent college graduate with a Bachelors’ degree required. A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, System Engineering, Business, or Analytics preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office tools.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

Preferred Requirements: 

• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborator with the ability to interface with all levels of management within and outside the company.
• Outstanding communication and listening skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient Excel.
