Responsibilities
Check in passengers and baggage at check-in counters.
Process overweight and service charges.
Check travel documents and identification.
Provide aircraft arrival services.
Escort passengers.
Coordinate gate exits.
Provide lost and found services.
Organize gates, make announcements, check hand baggage, and board passengers.
Desired Qualifications
A second foreign language is desirable.
Previous experience in a similar position or in customer service is preferred.
