- Competence in roof work and electrical work.
- Authorization to perform battery energy storage system (ESS) work.
- Diagnose and resolve solar system issues, including inverter failures, system underperformance, and complex troubleshooting.
- Lead crews on service jobs.
- Direct and support Technician 1 and Technician 2 team members.
- Ensure high-quality work and first-pass resolution.
- Perform outside roof work and drive as required.
