Requirements

Have a minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years of proven experience as a director.
Have a B.C.S. in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Hold an ISTQB certification and have knowledge of software test automation.
Have advanced knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, SQL, Internet Information Services, and Team Foundation Server.
Have advanced knowledge of software testing theories and practices, and leadership.
Have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Drive manual and automated test planning and strategy, and implement quality control standards.
Assist the development team in implementing and executing manual and automated tests based on agreed-upon acceptance criteria.
Lead, guide, and monitor the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of test cases, test procedures, and test suites.
Analyze and log defects and feature improvements in the tracking system, and see each one through to completion.
Ensure that areas not covered by automated tests are validated through alternate mechanisms.
Document, escalate, and help mitigate high-risk areas for mission-critical systems.
Actively participate in determining acceptance criteria for new features and changes.
Determine appropriate testing and deployment strategies for changes, including new features and architecture changes.
Apply agile principles and practices.
Analyze reported issues and use data to assess defect severity and impact, identify edge cases, and prioritize tests.
Write and supervise the technical product testing plan with clear timing.

We are hiring Software Testing Manager who will help us in improving the overall testing practices of the organization to achieve better outcomes for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Drive manual and automated test planning & strategy and implement QC standards.
Assist the development team in implementing and executing manual/automated tests based on the agreed-upon acceptance criteria.
Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites
Defect analysis and logging defects and feature improvements into our tracking system and seeing each one through to completion
Responsible to ensure that any areas not covered by automated tests are validated via alternate mechanisms.
Documenting, escalating, and help mitigate areas of high-risk for mission-critical systems.
Active Participation in determining acceptance criteria of new features as well as changes.
Determine appropriate test & deployment strategy for changes, including new features and architecture changes.
Strong adherent to agile principles and practices.
Understands the importance of data insofar as to analyze reported issues, inform severity and impact of defects, understand edge cases, and inform the priority of tests.
Write and supervise the technical product testing plan with clear timing.

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years proven experience as a director.
BC.S in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Certified ISTQB and Software test automation knowledge is a must.
Advanced knowledge of SDLC, SQL, IIS and TFS .
Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices, Leadership.
Excellent Communication and leadership skills.
