About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Activity Platform, a critical component in our mission to provide exceptional member activity management and tracking. This role is essential in driving the activity strategy that supports our member experiences and outcomes, working across the organization to identify high-value opportunities and execute our vision. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions—developing versatile APIs to provide access to member activity data for various product teams and building an extensible platform for integrating personalized content like education, surveys, and exercises across domains. Success in this position means enabling greater personalization and driving gains in member retention and health outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Develop and execute an inspiring and comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Activity Platform, ensuring alignment with Hinge Health’s mission and business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including clinical, engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and deliver high-quality, member-centered activity solutions and applications.
- Foster a culture of rapid testing, learning, and iteration in activity development and management.
- Serve as a key liaison between the product team and executive leadership, effectively communicating strategy, progress, and impact.
- Utilize analytics to track activity engagement and effectiveness, leveraging insights to inform activity strategy and product improvements.
- Ensure the Activity Platform supports a seamless, integrated member experience across all Hinge Health offerings and scales with the growing slate of services.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on platform product management
- Proven record of launching product platforms with demonstrable business outcomes
- Familiarity with event-based architecture and API development
- Skilled in SQL and data analytics, with experience in operational excellence and system architecture
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Technical fluency, adept at working closely with engineering and data teams.
- Strong communication skills, capable of advocating for products and explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, adapting fluidly to shifting priorities and strategies.
- A passion for healthcare and making a positive impact on people’s lives.
BONUS POINTS
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, Applied Mathematics or Statistics, or relevant field.
- Background in software engineering, UX/UI design, or content strategy.
- Experience in health education, digital therapeutics, or patient engagement platforms.
